It has been decided by Indian Banks Association to conduct a common test in all India level for the recruitment of Bank Clerks and Probationary Officers. Around 20 banks in India have decided to take part in this process except the State Bank of India group and its subsidiaries. Candidates qualifying this test will be able to appear for interviews of any of the member banks. It is a welcome change for both candidates and the banks. It is expected that the common test for Bank Jobs will considerably reduce the time taken for recruitment.
