This is a discriminative approch by PSC &GOVT againt the people like us after comleting DCA course.Its a bad decision to avoid DCA for assistant exam after millions comleted this course.The authorities dontknow how we completed this DCA, it became a big scam after 2G spectrum .This course only meant for gaining huge financial profit for those who are the real brain behind this scam .Those who dont have the qualification are really brilliant and we are the foolishpeople .we want justice from the GOVT
