Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) under ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India will be releasing recruitment notification shortly for Constable (Driver) and Constable (Fire) posts. Applications will be accepted from male candidates only. There are 1801 vacancies in driver and driver cum pump operator departments and 789 vacancies in the fire department. Both categories put together, there will be 2590 vacancies for Constables in CISF. Currently the post is temporary but it is likely to become permanent in the future.
Detailed notification for recruitment will be published in the CISF website shortly. The last date for submitting application is April 9, 2011. Applicants need to apply only after the official notification is published.
